OUR HALL IS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE

The building is of block construction with a sprung floor having an unimpeded area of approximately 210 sq. m.

(14 m long by 15 m wide)

It has a separate, modern, well-equipped kitchen with a convection oven, microwave ovens, dual sink,

 stainless steel bench tops and a refrigerator/freezer. (cutlery and crockery to be provided by hirer).

HIRING REQUIREMENTS


1.Hire cost incurred from time of entry to time of exit - currently $25/hour.

2. Air-conditioner use included in Hire

3. Bond -refundable if site left in satisfactory condition- currently $300.

4.Public Liability Insurance -minimum cover $20,000,000.
