ABOUT THE HALL
The building is of block construction with a sprung floor. It has approx. 210 m2 of unimpeded area (14m long x 15m wide). It is ideal for all forms of dancing; very suited for craft groups and social events. It is also suitable for group training and team building exercises.

CONDITIONS of HIRE
Cost of
hire is incurred from the time of entry to time of exit.
A Bond
of $300 - refundable if site left in satisfactory condition.
Public
Liability Insurance with a minimum cover of $20,000,000.
Smoking
is prohibited anywhere in the building.
Air-conditioner
use is included in Hire
Hirer agrees to take reasonable steps to ensure attendees wear sensible, secure, and non-slip footwear on the premises.
Cutlery
and crockery, if required, are to be supplied by hirer
